Dave Bzdill's practice includes probate and trust administration;
business law; wills, living trusts,
trusts, and related estate planning; and commercial and residential
real estate law.
Dave
joined Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill in 1995 after working
as an associate
with the law firm of Shephard, Fokkena and Gibson in Butler County,
Iowa. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Northern Iowa and his law degree from Drake Law School. He
is admitted to practice in both Iowa and Illinois, and is a member of the
American, Illinois and Grundy County Bar Associations.
Dave has an ongoing commitment to the community. He serves on the Grundy
Economic Development Council, is a past member and former president
of the Grundy County Health Department, former director of the
Morris Area Leisure Services and the Grundy County Economic Development Committee.
Dave currently serves on the board of We Care of Grundy County, Inc. and is the current president of the Grundy County Bar Association.
Many people also know Dave from
his service as a volunteer swimming coach at Morris High School
from 1995 to 2000. Dave and
his wife, Anne Bzdill, live in Morris with their son and daughter. He is a
member of Immaculate Conception Church in Morris.
