Dave Bzdill's practice includes zoning and land use, local government, commercial and residential real estate, corporate and business, estate planning including wills, trusts, tax planning and business succession.

Dave joined Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill in 1995 after working as an associate with the law firm of Shephard, Fokkena and Gibson in Butler County, Iowa.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree from Drake Law School. He is admitted to practice in both Iowa and Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois and Grundy County Bar Associations.

Dave has an ongoing commitment to the community.  He is on the Board of Directors of Morris Hospital and Health Care Centers.  He is a former member of the Grundy County Health Department, served on the board of We Care of Grundy County, Inc. for 10 years and is a member and past president of the Grundy County Bar Association.  Many people also know Dave from his service as a volunteer swimming coach at Morris High School from 1995 to 2000.  Dave and his wife, Anne Bzdill, live in Morris with their son and daughter.
