Todd joined Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka & Bzdill in 2009 after working as an associate with the law firm of McCarthy, Rowden and Baker in Decatur, Illinois. Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Millikin University. He earned his law degree in 2004 from Northern Illinois University School of Law, graduating with honors. He is a member of the Illinois and Grundy County Bar Associations. Todd is also a licensed but inactive Patent Attorney.
Todd's current practice includes probate and trust administration; business law; wills, trusts, and related estate planning; and commercial and residential real estate law.
Todd and his wife, Melody, live in Morris with their four children. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he has served as Boy Scout leader, Young Men's President and Pianist for the Primary organization. Todd also enjoys soccer, backpacking and woodworking.
